The problem

You know this race.
You lose it most days.

A homeowner needs a roofer. She asks one website. That website sells her request to five roofers at once. You are one of the five.

  • ✕You drop your tools, wipe your hands, and call back in 40 seconds. Someone else called in 30. You paid anyway.
  • ✕The lead was a job seeker. Or the wrong town. Or a sales pitch. You paid anyway.
  • ✕You missed the call while you were on a roof. It went to voicemail. Some marketplaces bill that as a lead. You paid anyway.
  • ✕At the end of the month you get a retainer invoice and a report. Not jobs. A report.

One request. Five contractors. One winner.

This is the shared-lead race, drawn out. Every lane below paid for the same homeowner.

☎ Contractor 1
Called first. Won the job. Paid.
☎ Contractor 2
Called second. Lost the job. Paid anyway.
☎ Contractor 3
Called third. Lost the job. Paid anyway.
☎ Contractor 4
On a roof. Missed it. Paid anyway.

The solution

The race ends
the day you apply.

One market, one trade, one buyer. That buyer is you. When a homeowner in your area calls about a job you do, the call rings your phone, and nobody else's.

The call is yours before you pick up

No other contractor in your trade and market is offered the same call. There is no race because there is no one to race.

You only pay when the call counts

A call counts only when it meets the full printed qualification list. Junk, wrong area, job seekers, and missed calls are $0, and they never burn your trial.

You can prove every call, or dispute it

Every call lands in your portal with its recording, its status, and its trial count. If a call was bad, dispute it within 48 hours and the recording decides it.

A contractor work van parked outside a house, side door open with tools

One buyer per market

Your trade, your territory, your slot. A second contractor in the same area and trade waits, or takes a neighbouring area. Never both at once.

3 free qualified calls

Your first 3 qualified calls cost nothing. No card is taken before that. A card is only due within 48 hours after your third trial call.

48-hour dispute, on the recording

Dispute any call within 48 hours. The recording is the evidence. Credit or deny, in the open, not on a phone call with a rep.

How it works

From application to your first call.
No sales call. No card. No signature.

Ten steps, in order. Nothing hidden between them.

1

Apply, on a form only

Name, company, trade, ZIPs, phone, email. No sales call. No card. No signature. The form is not a contract.

Proof: the form asks for nothing else.

2

Your territory is checked

Your ZIPs are matched to the market. The slot is yours alone, or you take a waitlist, a neighbouring area, a service split, or a backup slot. Never shared.

Proof: one buyer per trade, per market.

3

Your portal is set up by email

You get a login to your buyer portal. Dashboard, calls, billing, disputes. Everything you will ever need to see is in there.

Proof: you see it before you pay a cent.

4

Calls ring your own phone

Your existing business number. No new system, no new app, no headset, nothing to learn. You answer the way you always answer.

Proof: your phone, your number, your crew.

5

Every call lands in your portal

Recording, duration, status, and your trial count. You can listen to any call you took, any time, and read what happened on it.

Proof: the recording is there, or it did not happen.

6

Qualification is applied in the open

Every call is checked against the printed list below. Failures are Not Qualified at $0 and never burn your trial. Missed calls and voicemails are $0 too.

Proof: the list is printed on this page.

7

Your trial counts down: 3, 2, 1, 0

Each qualified call uses one free trial call. You watch the counter fall in the portal. When it hits zero, you have had 3 free qualified calls.

Proof: the counter is on your dashboard.

8

Card only after the 3rd trial call

A card is due within 48 hours after your third trial call, never before. Your invoice sums Billable calls only. Trial calls and failed calls never appear on it.

Proof: the invoice shows Billable only.

9

Dispute within 48 hours, on the recording

Think a call was bad? Open a dispute within 48 hours. The recording is the evidence. Credit or deny, and a credited call comes off your invoice.

Proof: 48 hours, shorter than eLocal 4 days and Networx 14 days.

10

Pause anytime. No contract.

Going on holiday, booked out, crew short? Pause from the portal and the calls stop. Resume when you are ready. There is no long contract to escape from.

Proof: the pause switch is yours, not ours.

Proof, not promises

Do not take our word for it.
Read the rules we are held to.

No testimonials. No quotes. No borrowed stars. The proof is the rulebook itself, printed here in full, and the trial that lets you test it with 3 free calls.

A call counts only when...

Every one of these must be true, or the call is $0.

  • ✓ A genuine homeowner, with a real need
  • ✓ In your area, in your ZIPs
  • ✓ About a job in your trade
  • ✓ Connected for 60 seconds or more
  • ✓ Not the same caller twice in 24 hours
  • ✓ Checked against the transcript and dispute review

...and it never counts when

These are $0. They never burn your trial.

  • ✕ A sales pitch, a solicitor, a wrong number
  • ✕ A job seeker looking for work
  • ✕ Dead air, a robot, or a prank
  • ✕ A missed call or a voicemail
  • ✕ Outside your area or your trade
  • ✕ A homeowner who got a quote and chose not to hire you

Your trial, drawn out

Three free qualified calls. Watch the counter fall. Nothing is charged until the third one is done.

Failed calls never move this counter. Missed calls never move it either. A credited trial call gives one back, up to 3. Dispute any call within 48 hours, on its recording. That window is shorter than eLocal at 4 days and Networx at 14 days, because a call you dispute should be settled while the job is still fresh.

Who this is for

This is for you.
Or it is not.

Apply if you...

  • ✓ Answer your own phone, most of the day
  • ✓ Run a small crew and want steady jobs, not a flood
  • ✓ Have bought shared leads and know exactly how they burn
  • ✓ Want proof for every call you pay for
  • ✓ Can take on work in the next two weeks

Do not apply if you...

  • ✕ Cannot answer the phone during the day
  • ✕ Are booked out for weeks and cannot take new jobs
  • ✕ Want the cheapest lead, whoever else it goes to
  • ✕ Want a monthly report instead of a ringing phone
  • ✕ Want to own the marketing long term, not buy calls

If that is you, this will not work, and we would rather you did not apply. The slot is better in the hands of someone who will answer it.

Pricing

What a call costs,
and why we do not print a price.

A roofing call in one city is not worth the same as a drain call in another. Price is set by your trade and your market, and confirmed after you apply. Here is the maths that decides whether a call is worth it to you.

YOUR AVG JOB VALUE × YOUR CLOSE RATE = VALUE OF ONE BOOKED JOB

Worked example, with labelled assumptions only: assume you close 4 in 10 qualified calls. That 40% is an assumption, not a result, and your real rate is your own number. If your average job is worth P, one booked job is worth 0.4 × P. A qualified call costs you far less than that, or the maths does not work and you should not buy it.

How your price is set

By trade, by market, and by what a qualified call is worth there. Roofing, water damage, foundation, bath, drain and sewer, water heater, and more, each priced on its own. Your price is confirmed after application, before you pay anything.

Why no prices are published

A printed price would be wrong for half the trades and half the markets. A rate card that pretends otherwise is a lie. You get your real number after we check your territory, and you decide with the trial before any card is due.

Questions

Ask it like you would
if we were in the room.

What if I miss the call?

It goes to overflow, costs you $0, and never burns your trial. A missed call is not a lead, so it is not billed as one. Some marketplaces bill missed calls. We do the opposite.

What if the call is bad?

Open a dispute within 48 hours. The recording is the evidence. If the call was a solicitor, a job seeker, wrong area, dead air, a robot, or a prank, it is credited. A credited Billable call comes off your invoice. A credited trial call gives one trial call back, up to 3.

What exactly counts as a qualified call?

All of it, at once: a genuine homeowner, with a real need, in your area, about a job in your trade, connected for 60 seconds or more, not the same caller twice in 24 hours, and checked against the transcript and dispute review. The full list is printed above, in the proof section.

How fast do calls start?

After you apply, your territory is checked and your portal is set up. Calls start once your slot is live. No start date is promised on this page, because it depends on your market and your setup, and a promised date we cannot keep would be a lie.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no long contract. Pause anytime from the portal, and resume when you are ready. The application form is not a contract, and no pay terms or signature are in it.

When do I pay, and what do I pay for?

You pay per qualified call only. Your first 3 qualified calls are free. A card is due only within 48 hours after your third trial call, never before. Your invoice sums Billable calls only.

What do you need from me?

Your name, company, trade, territory ZIPs, phone, and email, on the form below. After that, you answer your phone and do the jobs. Nothing else is needed from you.

What if someone else in my area already has the slot?

Then the slot is taken, and you go to a waitlist, a neighbouring area, a service split, or a backup slot. One buyer per trade, per market, means exactly that. We will not sell you a shared slot and call it exclusive.

Apply
